3M Pro-Am Golf Tournament Giveaway

Official Rules & Terms and Conditions

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor

The 3M Pro-Am Golf Tournament Giveaway (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by Sun Control of Minnesota, located at:

Roseville, MN 55113
(the “Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, and directors of Sun Control of Minnesota, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) or individuals living in the same household, whether related or not, are not eligible to participate.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins at 12:00 a.m. Central Time on March 16, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Central Time on June 15, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”).

All entries must be received during the Promotion Period to be eligible.

4. How to Enter

Purchase Entry

During the Promotion Period, customers who purchase an eligible Paint Protection Film package from Sun Control of Minnesota will automatically receive entries into the Promotion as follows:

Gold Package (also known as the Ultimate Package): 200 entries
Silver Package (also known as the Highway Package): 100 entries

Each eligible purchase completed during the Promotion Period qualifies for the corresponding number of entries.

Free Mail-In Entry (No Purchase Necessary)

To enter without making a purchase, participants may submit a handwritten entry including the following information:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than June 15, 2026 and received within a reasonable time thereafter to be considered valid.

Each valid mail-in entry will receive one (1) entry into the Promotion.

Mail-in entries must be individually mailed and handwritten. Mechanically reproduced, automated, or bulk entries will be disqualified.

5. Prize

Two (2) winners will be selected.

Each winner will receive the opportunity to play in the 3M Pro-Am Golf Tournament alongside Karissa & Betsy, scheduled for Monday, July 20, 2026.

Prize details, including tee times and participation requirements, are subject to the rules and availability of the tournament organizers.

The prize is non-transferable, has no cash value, and may not be exchanged except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

Travel, lodging, transportation, or other incidental expenses related to attending the event are not included unless otherwise specified and are the sole responsibility of the winners.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

Two (2) winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries.

The drawing will be conducted on or about June 17, 2026.

Winners will be contacted using the contact information provided at entry. If a potential winner cannot be reached within 48 hours, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, an alternate winner may be selected.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

7. Publicity Release

By accepting the prize, winners grant Sun Control of Minnesota the right to use their name, likeness, photograph, and city/state of residence for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

8. General Conditions

Sun Control of Minnesota reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion.

Any attempt to deliberately damage or undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may result in disqualification and possible legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sun Control of Minnesota, its employees, officers, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, or liability arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance or use of any prize.

10. Governing Law

This Promotion shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

11. Privacy

Information collected from participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering this Promotion and in accordance with Sun Control of Minnesota’s privacy practices.
